RECONDITIONING DECKEL FP1

This is how the machine looked when I got it. Despite its sorrow look, it was in a good condition after all.
The machine was completely dismantled, all parts cleaned up or replaced if necessary.
Many of the roller bearings have been replaced. The ways were in a good state and didn’t need scraping.
New paint.

Great! Can you tell me what colors or RAL number you used. Looks like motor is a slightly different color, and looks great! I want to paint my Deckel the same

Wonderful job! How are you restoring the brilliant finish on non-painted surfaces such as the spindle nose, handles, dials?

Thank you for the fine compliments. I use a lot of emery paper, rotating steel brush and polishing paste. And many hours of work.

Dear Sir
My son manged to get his hands on Schaublin 135. He requires a wiring diagram that is not cut off like on many of the online manuals.
